AdaptekVantage runs a privacy-first marketing site. We do not use tracking cookies, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or share visitor data. This page describes what is and isn't collected when you visit adaptekvantage.com.
What we collect
We use Plausible Analytics, a cookieless, GDPR/CCPA/PECR-compliant tool, to measure aggregate site traffic. Plausible records only:
- Anonymized page views
- Referrer (the site you came from)
- Country (derived from IP at request time, not stored)
- Browser, operating system, and device class
- UTM campaign parameters when present in the URL
What we don't collect
- No cookies of any kind for analytics
- No raw IP addresses (IPs are hashed and discarded; the hash rotates daily)
- No cross-site identifiers, advertising IDs, or fingerprints
- No personal data beyond what you voluntarily submit (e.g., scheduling a call)
Third parties on the page
Three third-party services run on this site. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Plausible Analytics — site traffic measurement. Plausible's data policy.
- Wistia — hosts the walkthrough video on the home page. The Wistia player loads only when you scroll to that section. Wistia's privacy policy.
- Zoom Scheduler — embedded only when you click "Book a Strategy Call." Any information you enter to schedule a meeting is processed by Zoom. Zoom's privacy statement.
Information you submit
If you book a strategy call, the information you provide (name, email, time slot, and any meeting notes) is processed by Zoom and made available to the AdaptekVantage team for the purpose of scheduling and conducting that conversation. We do not add booking information to any marketing automation or advertising audience.
Data requests and contact
To request access, correction, or deletion of any information you have submitted, or to ask about our privacy practices, email info@adaptekvantage.com. We respond within 30 days.
Changes to this notice
If we change how the site collects or uses information, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be summarized at the top of the page for at least 30 days.
